Sora~
I didn't mean to let the insanity take me over. Really, I didn't. Or...maybe I did? Was I just curious? Or desperate. Yeah, we'll go with that. I admit my battle wasn't going very well. I felt my partner talking in my mind but...I couldn't make out his words. I was losing my energy...fast. Every blow from my enemy brought the sword closer and closer to falling out of my hand, which was shaking. At the last point...I let go.
And now I'm thinking that that wasn't the right choice.
I can't decide now if I'm floating or just...I'm not sure. It feels like something around me, like water or very thick air, but there isn't any pressure. I can breathe just fine. It's a little hard to see, though. And the only thing I can hear is a faint thumping noise.
But what is it?
I shut my eyes and try to concentrate. I feel another presence. And I know who it is.
"I'm sorry, Corrin,"I whisper,"Please help me."

Corrin~
I'm standing on something like water, except it's a reddish color. This isn't right. Where am I? Where is Sora?
"Sora?"
Nothing.
I remember a little of what happened. I was trying to tell Sora something. Something important. She was ignoring me. Or she couldn't hear me. Why wouldn't she listen?
I was worried about her. She was slipping. Her breath was hard. Her soul wavelength was out of control. I knew what was happening.
I gasp. She did it. She let the insanity take her over.
And that's where I am now.
"Sora, you moron," I growl. My fists ball. I can't do this right now. Not alone.
"SORA!!!" I scream as loud as I can. My eyes are shut tight. My arms are shaking. Then I hear her.
"Corrin, I'm sorry."
I look up. There's no one there."Sora?"
"Please save me."
I look down into the water. I can see her, looking up at me, a hand outstretched.
"Sora!"
As I reach down to help her, thousands of hands spring up from the water. They grab at me, pulling me in every direction. I can't tell which is Sora's. I call to her again. I look around at the hands that reach up into the air, all desperate for someone to pull them up. All of them grab and catch at nothing, grasping for anything to help them get out of the insanity.
"Sora!" I call. No answer. If there was, I couldn't here it.
Then I see it. A hand reaching up, but not grabbing at anything. Just there, shaking a little out of pain or struggle, just waiting patiently. I know that it's her.
"Sora!" I leap for the arm, grasping it at the wrist. As soon as I do, it locks wrists with me. I pull as hard as I can. The hands grabbing at me go crazy, but I don't let go of Sora. I can't. Finally, the insanity gives her up, and she falls forward onto me. We had a second to glimpse at each other before we were plunged into darkness.
